Better late than never?

I finally finished the pants that I wanted to make in December... I thought that joining this sewing group would give me a good push to actually make the pants but I spent most of the two months of pants making muslins! Thanks for the inspiration. :) Thanks to Barbara, I learned how to recognize when I need a flat seat alteration. And thanks to unpredictable New England weather, I got to wear my new lined wool pants last week because it was cold and snowy enough to do so!

These are Burda Magazine's 07-2009-102. The left pair and center pair are gray stretch wool, and the right pair is black stretch wool that looks and behaves like a doubleknit.
